I highly recommend Dr. Hein. The care and professionalism that she and her staff exhibited was excellent. She thoroughly explained beforehand what she was going to do, answered all of my questions, and gave me updates throughout the procedure. I told her that it sometimes takes a while for me to get numb. She gave me plenty of time and checked frequently to be sure that I was not in pain. Dr Hein and her staff made my dental root canal procedure painless (100%painless )..., fast , professional and , I can’t believe I’m saying this , almost enjoyable! Talk about women on their game !! I’d recommend Dr. Hein to anyone having this procedure…. I even learned about a great comedian / now Country Western singer , that I’ll never forget !! Haha Thank you Ladies !

She explained my dental care needs in detail and was very understanding about working with me to accommodate and alleviate my severe anxiety around dental procedures.
