Doesn't listen to your concerns, doesn't read through your charts from specialist, nurse is rude. Found a new primary and they immediately ran all the tests and screenings after reading through my chart from the hospital and specialist Finding a new primary care Dr. was the best move ever as they found so many things she neglected to look in to or care about
Dr Ertz is very precise and thorough. But she'll definitely get on you if you don't follow her directions. Which is a good thing. She only wants the best outcome for all of her patients.

Dr Ertz has always been pretty great for me, and she's been very patient when I get emotional outbursts and kind hearted and caring in how she helps me handle my health. Her nurses are also very kind, and they both make sure to ask if you have any questions or other concerns as well as addressing the reason you made the appointment. 5/5, thanks for everything in the past and from here on out
