Reservation number WA16171162-1. I hope management will take action on this unruly behavior by their driver. I am a Cardiologist and was going to present in Colorado Springs. The driver SCOTT was egregiously rude. First had no idea where I was going then was not available at the pick up site on return. After waiting for a while in the windy cold weather with my colleagues I had to text him to come pick me up. The driver in a Cadillac Xts with licence plate number: Carey 6 . Is very aggressive, cut me off at the airport , almost hit my car and then showed me the middle finger, Wednesday around 3 PM
Great driver. Smooth transaction.
Never showed up to the airport to pick up passenger. Tried calling dispatch number for assistance and no one answered the phone after calling over 10 times. Mailbox was full so couldn't even leave a message. Quite possibly the worst chauffeur experience imaginable. Totally unprofessional.
