I have been going here over 20 years. The therapists and medication people are a complete joke, no help whatsoever. The case manager is pretty good. The only thing that ever actually helped me make any progress whatsoever, peer support, has been cut from the budget. So, I am not really sure why I still even go here at all at this point. Carey Counseling main office has been doing pretty well. The reason for my rating is the Access department. I have had so much trouble just trying to simply make an appointment. Most of the time they never answer the phone. When you leave a message sometimes they never call back. I have also gotten incorrect information from them. Another thing is if you are lucky enough to finally talk to someone, some of them are extremely rude. I don't understand why this has been going on for so long.
