Carey Counseling main office has been doing pretty well. The reason for my rating is the Access department. I have had so much trouble just trying to simply make an appointment. Most of the time they never answer the phone. When you leave a message sometimes they never call back. I have also gotten incorrect information from them. Another thing is if you are lucky enough to finally talk to someone, some of them are extremely rude. I don't understand why this has been going on for so long.

I've been very fortunate to have the best Dr. I feel up at CC,I also have another Lady that works there that is like a Counciler that I talk to but when it comes to the front office, They aren't too Friendly at all and if things go wrong They get blamed on others that aren't there to take up for Themselves,everytime I leave there I triple check that everything is right with my medications because it seems like everytime I go to pick up my medicine or call and check on the price,something's been messed up,They are a good plac... read more
