Called so many times never ever MOA for Dr Arham/ Dr, Rubab picks call , when we go in clinic and say that they will say we might be busy why be MOA if you cannot pick the calls, its sometimes urgent but never ever picks the call
Receptionist just seem to hate their job and take it out on everyone. You want more stars. Replace the people who represent your office.
Dr Hefner’s receptionist needs to be replaced. Who can we report her to and have her fired? Every interaction with her is horrible. Dr Hefner is wonderful and kind I have been his patient since I was a baby. Every receptionist he has had has actually enjoyed their job and life in general. Except Ashley. Please replace her. She is a miserable human. She has missed multiple referrals that should have been submitted and has literally laughed at me on the phone when trying to schedule an appt for something serious.
