I had used Accessible Home Health Care for close to 4 years when I first moved my mother to California. Ann was extremely helpful to me in getting the right caregivers for my mom. The caregivers she provided were extremely competent, caring and gave full attention to my mother's needs. I felt my mother was given the best help I could ask for. I can not say enough Wonderful things about CareWorks Health Services! My mother needed a caregiver and was not really on board with having a one. At 86, She felt she was ok on her own... Thank G-d We found CareWorks! All of the staff are amazing and really listened to my Mom's needs. Nezira is incredible!! She has literally saved my mothers life! This office was introduced to me as a contracted resource during a time of tremendous need. Stephanie worked flawlessly in taking my spreadsheet of appointments (about 20 give or take) that needed to be scheduled and returned dates and times within an hour. We were able to confirm with our clients and get everything set for the months to come. It was a great turn out. They are always professional, quick to respond, and take ownership for all things. I highly recommend this office. Thanks for all your help!
