This company is is awful! Dont recommend!
This agency lied to me told me benefit check mailed on Monday did not receive till 7 days later, second benefit check short by $300 with no explanation other than wrong math, no return calls to challenges . This agency took another 7 business days to mail check with this check dated on the Friday before, this claim was approved 45 days before any benefit requested This company is incompetent and deserves their contract revoked, and I am financially stable.
