Unfortunately I have to give them a star because of Google. They are a no star company. They use call centers overseas which is not the people overseas fault but a lot of them can barely comprehend English. First issue I had with them is that I was having to wait to hear from Doctor and Adjuster on continuing PT because of back issue. Hello, This reviews is in regards to the PHENOMENAL QUALITY SERVICE that I received from Mrs. Christine (Careworks). Mrs. Christine went above and beyond to make sure that I received the items that my doctor prescribed me after my surgery. The level of attention that she provided me was AWESOME from the start to the finish. If you want someone to drag their behind on your claims and to set you up for failure. This is the place. Specifically ask for "Catherine" and she'll be slow BUT ALSO try to hide who she is when you find out how bad she is at her job. Bonus! Edit: actually read their reviews. They have employees giving 5 stars. The ineptitude of this place is only matched by their corruption.
Dreadful. Plan on any phone call taking at least an hour on hold before being able to speak with a real person. Once you are able to speak with someone they are anxious to get you off the phone and not assist you, as soon as possible. Wrong info is given resulting in numerous phone calls. I am missing payments that nobody can seem to find and would not recommend doing business with this place if you can avoid it.
