Unfortunately there isn't an option for 0 stars or that is what I would give this place. I made an appt online showed up on time and was told they had no doctors on-site. This place is a joke!!!!
I went there because I had clear, mucous stool for weeks, and an upset stomach. They told me I had developed IBS and need to only eat plain food despite me saying I had been doing that. After I started sobbing they wrote me a script for Tylenol. I thought it made no sense for them to diagnose me with that in such a quick visit so I headed to the ER after. It turns out I had a colon infection. Very scary that they just sent me home with Tylenol and told me to learn to live with it when it was a Colon Infection.
One’s experience will depend entirely on the clinician. I was not seen by a doctor. She was a PA. There are some really good PA’s but not the one I saw. I felt it was a waste of time and money. Edit 3/2026 I decided to give them another try. The experience was the same. There was no doctor, just a PA again. She was nice but her medical advice and treatment did not help at all. The worst part was the medical aid who was very unfriendly and almost impossible to understand. They need to hire people who can at least speak Englis... read more
