The staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. My husband was having a lot of trouble with a big box store pharmacy getting his prescriptions covered by WCB, this went on for nearly a year. The staff at Carewell listened to my husband, helped him receive his prescriptions and was able to bill WCB directly even tho the big box store said there was no was this would be a possibility. I would give over 5 stars if I could.
I cannot express how I feel about how amazing this is. The staff are so supportive, considerate and intelligent. They make sure you’re on the right medication, will double check or call if things have changed on your file. Stella, Vivian and Elsa are the best pharmacists I have ever had! They keep me healthy and happy
