Staff and Thomas Bouchard are amazing!
Love the Doctor. Very professional but the receptionist is awful!! Both over the phone and in person, she was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. As the first point of contact, her role is critical in shaping guests’ perceptions, but instead, she came across as dismissive, unhelpful, and, frankly, one of the most unpleasant individuals I’ve encountered in a customer service position.
