They changed the name but that doesn’t change the terrible service that is received in their ER department. The lively Spanish woman at the front was the only attentive one. She addressed patient concerns and kept people informed as we realized the wait times were rather long. After it was downhill from there. The longest waits 1hr+. Triage was horrible.
