To say I’ve endured some borderline horrid experiences at the dentist, truly would be an understatement. As of January 2025, I made it my mission to find a practice that would not only provide excellence with regard to dental care, but also cared for THE PERSON, so that the experience at the dentist would not be so scary, daunting. I had a fantastic experience during my recent dental cleaning. My hygienist, Ashley B. was incredibly thorough, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Highly recommend their exceptional care.
Very pleasant staff. Hygienist was thorough and gentle. The only downside was the wait. I wasn’t called in for almost 40 minutes. It was my first visit after transferring dentists. I when I was called in I was taken for X-rays that didn’t needed to be done as they were just done in December which was in my records sent over. So I ended up being there over an hour an half total time. I’m hoping this isn’t typical
I've been coming here since the beginning of Dr. Nair's practice and i cannot imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is professional, meticulous, thorough, exemplary, compassionate and skilled. Most importantly, i feel like I'm visiting family.
Never really had a good experience going to the dentist, so I stopped going. When I moved to Rutland I needed to man up and start taking better care of my teeth. The staff at Carewell dental makes me want to do that. Everyone from the Doctors, to assistants to the office staff are such great people.
