Not great. My daughter was taken in at 4pm and finished at 4:12. I asked if polish, scraping, floss, fluoride, and the doctor saw her… the answer was yes. In 12 minutes all that happened. My daughter’s gums were bleeding. We are supposed to teach our children NOT to rush oral hygiene! I asked how long the appointment was scheduled for, she said 40 min. I had a great experience during my visit yesterday for a cleaning at Carewell Dental. I can’t remember the hygienist’s name, but she was incredibly thorough and informative she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel really comfortable. I also saw Dr. Darvish for my exam. He’s always so personable and attentive, and I really appreciate how he listens and answers questions without rushing. Overall, another excellent experience from start to finish!
With the help of Barbara Jean I was able to have my mother be seen in a timely manner. She gets very anxious when going to the dentist but hygienist Ashley made her feel so comfortable and put her at ease. Dr. Darvish also gave us some great info on TMJ and other autoimmune illness she’s being affected by. The whole team at Carewell is great! We appreciate the understanding from the girls at the front end and all of the way through care she received during her appointment. Thank you!
I have had very positive experiences at Carewell. Dr. Darvis is amazing and makes you feel comfortable while he’s working on your teeth. He explains everything he is doing and makes sure you understand the procedure. I am so thankful for finding such a fine dentist and I like his music too 😁.
Haven't been to the dentist in years because of bad past experiences. I am so happy I came here. I immediately felt relaxed and the dental assistant made me feel very calm and let me know exactly what she was doing the whole time. I did not receive any judgment from anyone. The doctor was great as well as the front desk staff. Highly recommend!
