Made an appointment last week, today was my appointment date and when I get there they tell me my appointment has been canceled. So the lady at the front desk goes to ask the manager what’s going on and comes back to tell me they are not taking new patients the provider is only there for a half day and will only see sick patients. I can understand them not taking new patients, but I was never told that, nor was I informed my appointment was canceled. Will be contacting a district manager. This was very poor service.
The staff is rude. Especially to the poor. If you have an emergency don't expect them to care
The office staff there is amazing. I actually had fun even when I was getting my blood drawn. Lol. They have a location closer to me but I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to be seen there.
