They are closed right now which is sad, but if the staff moved to Johnsonville, you can not go wrong! Every tech, every assistant, every doctor is amazing. I will gladly travel the extra distance to work with them!
We used the cattery at this vet, and returned from holiday to find a $300 bill for tests that were not discussed with us. We didn't consent to any tests and they refused to disclose the results of the test to us. The front office person we spoke with accused us of animal abuse by over dosing our family member, even though we're following our vets instructions. Avoid the cattery and the staff. Go to Central Vets instead.
Linda is a wonderful vet and the staff are very friendly. Excellent service.
Thank you Care Vets for seeing my cat urgently when he was attacked by another cat (male, in neutered adult - please get your cats neutered people!). He can be very spicy when he is hurt or scared but they managed to treat him expertly without anyone getting injured!
Especially kind clinic and staff. Also always make time to answer our questions.
