Used to be our Favorite veterinary clinic but it is unfortunate we will not be taking our pets there nor recommended them to anyone no more, it is becoming a profit-focused clinic rather than a pet-care clinic, we understand you need to make money for your business, but at least make it in reasonable ways. Dr. Ben is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I am genuinely convinced there is no better veterinarian out there. He helped save my cat’s life, and I will never be able to thank him enough for everything he did. He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, dedicated, and thorough. What impressed me most was how invested he was in my cat’s care. Care and customer service were fantastic. Brought my pug in for concerning breathing issues and they were able to help her. They seem to care about the animals and their stress level and make suggestions accordingly. Prices discussed before treatment however a bit costly for my wallet, especially for meds and X-rays that resulted in an unexpected diagnosis. But what we wont do for our fur-kids!
The staff is very friendly and they really listen to your concerns. On top of the friendly staff and professional care they have a great app that you can use to make appointments, check records, and earn rewards with.
They were great!! My budgie was seen there and we are not established patients, but my vet did not see exotics yet, so was referred to them and they got me in quickly and really showed her care and love.
