Dr. Kieffer is great, knows birds, took care of my dove, gave me options based on cost vs. effectiveness, etc. Would recommend her 100%.
Everything from the quality of care and how nice the staff was made the experience enjoyable and much less stressful than I anticipated. I appreciate the fact I wasn’t overprescribed and the veterinarian took the least invasive, yet still very effective and efficient strategy to healing my dog’s ailment. The facility was very clean and well organized inside, and my dog was made to feel comfortable, loved and cared for in a way that warmed my heart.
