I arranged transport for my husband to his doctors office. They arrived on time and I was allowed to ride with him. When we were finished with our appt. I called to request transport back home. They arrived within about 15 minutes. All the drivers were very polite and courteous. I was very impressed with the staff and will use them again. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

My cousin had an appointment for 3:30pm today and the driver showed up at 3pm. Simply asked the driver to wait 10 minutes to get ready, and the driver said ok. Less than 10 minutes go by, he comes outside to leave, and the driver had already taken off with no notice or warning. What kind of service is that? The scam is real, I will tell you what’s happening. He’s agreeing to ‘wait’ so that way he can tell his dispatcher he ‘waited’ and then the dispatcher will literally call the insurance and attempt to get a partial payment... read more

Most pathetic, impatient, careless and rude people to deal with. Please for the love of God do not use this service if you have any care for your loved ones. Companies with this kind of service wont be around for long, mark my words

Made an appointment for my disabled mother to be picked up from her dialysis appointment. Pickup time was for 3:30. By 4:00 NO ONE SHOWED UP. When I called see what had happened, they said they were there at 4:05. They never told me there was a window of time. For $100 one way, there’s an expectation to be prompt. Not even a phone call was made. Terrible service and horrible hospitality. One star. I do not recommend.
