I had a small issue getting the scooter as I got there after one. Don't trust Carnival when they tell you that your scooter is not on board, IT IS. If you don't pick your scooter up by one they deliver it to the customer service or somewhere nearby. Other than that mishap we loved the scooter. PSA : THEY CAN GO REAAL FAST. Turn your speed down if you are not a confident scooter driver!!!! Lbs Thanks Scootaround you made my mom's cruise possible.
The pier pick up and drop off was easy. We had no problems with scooter. Without the scooter my mom wouldn't have gone ashore in Grand Cayman.
I had an absolutely perfect rental experience this last week in Sunrise, FL. They had the chair waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived, and had no issues when I needed to return the chair early. I can’t travel solo with my own Whill wheelchair so being able to rent one made my trip so much more enjoyable. I will be renting from scootaround so many times in the future.
Operation was easily, pick up and return smooth and usage was vvery convenient..👍🏾
