Would highly recommend. Scooter was ready for me at the check in point of our harbor.
Vendor was personable and helpful. It would have been helpful to have been given some instructions on using the scooter. My husband had some trouble with the sensitivity of the levers.
Their walker was in excellent condition. It was in our state room upon boarding. Their instructions were easy to follow.
Renting a scooter for our cruise out of the Port of Miami was a smooth and hassle-free experience. The pick-up and drop-off process was easy, and the scooter worked exactly as expected. It made getting around so much more convenient! I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone needing mobility assistance for their cruise.
