My mother was in memory care- there were some excellent care providers but they are understaffed and do not have time to really interact with residents. Nothing is done to acclimate new residents to the environment, they are rolled into dining room, and set with strangers. No introduction. Imagine being in a new place, not being able to clearly vocalize your needs and just left there… they have a revolving admin staff.
