I have nothing but praise for this agency and the fine care my nurses have shown me for years. Tiffany and Bobbie have been providing me with outstanding service above and beyond helping to coordinate and provide help with VA services and ensuring medicines were to arrive promptly and to inform need changes that were needed in services and coverage. You never know when they are coming no set schedule and several times I was told the Aide, PT or Nurse would be here and they not do not show up . I would not recommend this place.

It's been 5 days and still haven't heard from them. I have called several times and told I would receive a call back. Today they called and said her insurance was not accepted! Why didn't they call us day 1 to let us know? Answer; we don't do that!
I would like to thank you for my awesome nurse, Jess, she is the kindest, most humble RN, I have experienced, I have been through a lot past three months and have met a lot of nurses, but she is the best! Thank you so much for sending her to me.
