You never know when they are coming no set schedule and several times I was told the Aide, PT or Nurse would be here and they not do not show up . I would not recommend this place.

It's been 5 days and still haven't heard from them. I have called several times and told I would receive a call back. Today they called and said her insurance was not accepted! Why didn't they call us day 1 to let us know? Answer; we don't do that!
I would like to thank you for my awesome nurse, Jess, she is the kindest, most humble RN, I have experienced, I have been through a lot past three months and have met a lot of nurses, but she is the best! Thank you so much for sending her to me.
These people don't have a clue first visit was ok although they didn't show up until almost 5pm. Scheduled another visit for Thursday and called on Tuesday and confirmed it Thursday comes no call no nurse Friday comes I call them they were coming that day. Do they think they are the only ones with stuff to do? I will never use them again!
