Caretel Inns of Linden is a very nice place to look at... But as far as corporate, the director of nursing and the social worker they are rude and dont care about their employess well being. There is such a turnover rate and a shortage of aids its ridiculus. The aids and the nurses on the floor are great but anyone else there needs to go back to school to learn manners and how to treat people.
I used to work at caretel inns of linden.. the Management Staff and Corp staff Are VERY RUDE! They Dont care about theyre employees.. the Director of Assisted Living plays favorites with her staff.. I had more medical experience then half the Lead Guest Assistants and i got treated like crap.. I finally Quit the day after my Birthday and also 7 days befor emy wedding..thats how bad it was there.. the Guest assistants ( if they werent the ones that had power trips) took very good care of the guest we had living there. thats t... read more
