I previously was employed at Care Team and now I work with a 100 year old veteran that they help provide care for. I have seen both side of the caretaking industry (it’s very hit and miss finding good care) I must say Care Team is top notch!! Careteam is really concerned about their clients and their employees. Always updating our knowledge so that we can give excellent care.
Work there for only a couple days, wasnt good to the staff and undertrained . Would even lie to the clients . And told me to Google things like how to asist a client with a bed pan or even moving a client. I got only one hour or training, 2 hours of online training. Then worked me alone for an 24+ hour shift.
It’s been short of a nightmare when it comes to dealing with this company’s employee. I do believe the employees name is Britney. Not once not twice but three times I have called and this employee has answered the phone, she is not professional in any way, she is directly rude to clients like myself as well as my father. I also have my father on services through this company and it’s very concerning that he has also had to deal with unprofessionalism on many occasions.
