I work with CareRx Couriers and was reaching out to this pharmacy to see if they needed overflow delivery help. I wasn't expecting the SERVICE I received, just as a human being in general. Excellent customer service!
This pharmacy is amazing. They worked with my doctor to get medication approved by my insurance company, even though they were not in network. Once the meds were approved they reached out to let me know and then told me they would transfer the prescription to an in network pharmacy. It was far easier working with Caresway for preauthorization than an average pharmacy like CVS.
