This has been a terrible customer service experience. I paid $588 to these people for service. They said someone would call me back. No time, no date. It has been a week. So they told me instead to go to the chat line. I ast there for two hours with no help. I wish I had done more research and not gotten involved with this product which is not intuitive and offers zero support even if you pay for it
Terrible customer service with no actual human support during normal business hours along with inaccurate billing process.
CareStream has completely dropped the ball on customer service. It's one of the worst we have ever experienced. It's always been bad, but they've recently taken it to another level. Good luck.
Working with this company and its representative, Kim Novak, has been an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is abysmal, and the product itself is subpar. We have the CBCT and X-ray guns, but unfortunately, the guns stopped working. Kim informed us that they no longer sell them, leaving us with no choice but to purchase new equipment from another supplier. While I had to do this, I couldn’t do it from them.
