Carestream was whom we contacted to get our ProNox machine from months ago. The bill was paid and haven't had contact with the company sense. The med spa that I work at received a horrible review with slander and completely false information. Come to find out it was from the account manager at Carestream. I would think if there was a problem the professional thing to do; would be to reach out and see how we could rectify the matter. I’m sure their products are okay but it’s impossible to get off their mailing list. Beware…
I ordered the Pro-Nox machine. It was on back-order for months. I decided to go with Nitro-Nox instead. I told me local rep to cancel the order and refund me. Fast forward 4 months they STILL charged me credit card $7,852 without any refund. Choose Nitro-Nox instead like I did.
