Probably suitable for retirees who have nothing to do and time to kill. The staff is friendly but the service can be very slow. It took the pharmacist 30 minutes to apply a couple of vaccines to a guy in front of us because they had been chit-chatting back and forth in Cantonese the whole time without any regard to others waiting in line. I had to leave without getting my shot because of my schedule. It would be faster at a bigger drugstore even with more people waiting.

Like the family feel of this pharmacy. The weekday team of pharmacist and counter rep are wonderful. However, the occasional weekend of other teams require improvement. I recently exchanged a bottle Glucosamine Sulphate (duplicate vitamin purchase) for Turmeric with a receipt. The vitamins were bought about five days before. The ladies on staff were cordial but one of them warned me that she was unaware of store policy. I recently switched my family to this pharmacy and I'm so glad we did. The pharmacist recognises us when we come in and knows us by name! We are getting excellent and prompt service, far better than we ever did at big chain pharmacies.
