This place is horrible and cheapens the area. The parking lot is rutted and needs paved. I pass this place 5 times a week and the garbage cans are always overflowing with the hoses on the ground. I just filed a complaint with the Sylvania City Zoning / Code Enforcement regarding the trash. I just washed my car a week ago and no soap came out. I am calling my Visa company on Monday and will dispute the charge. Over the winter, no water came out and I disputed it and won. Complete dump.
Went through the new wash bay today, and it was horrible. We left with soap all over the car, mirrors not washed, car still had lots of bug stains, and it was super slow.
The touchless pressure is way to high and chipped the paint all over my newer vehicle. Turn the pressure down.
Don’t waste your time with this place. None of the vacuums were working today, and my car is still dirty after going through the automatic car wash.
Their track system scuffed up my rim. Stay away from this place if you care about your wheels!!!!
