The laboratory technician who was here this morning on Saturday, March 7, 2025, is a rude person. I had to collect my urine in the container, but because the container was placed incorrectly I was not able to complete the collection. When I tried to explain this to him, he got upset and even crumpled the referral paper. The one who should be upset or frustrated is me, especially after waiting almost two hours and still not being able to complete the collection.
Terrible service!! All the staff are unfriendly!! I don't recommend it! It's awful! More than 2 hours of waiting with a prior appointment!!
