I love Caresource. I’ve been in training since January. Cody and Aubre are the best trainers. Unfortunately I came in thru a temp agency who is having trouble verifying information. I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve turned in several documents. I hope one day I can just go straight through the company! This is a great place to work!! I know I would thrive here!!

this company is absolutely awful and customer service is even worse . called to cancel my caresource insurance , apparently they never cancelled it bc i was still charged for the following month . called back the following week and they said it never actually got terminated and will do so now . got charged AGAIN and now they’re saying i only get a partial refund due to the termination date .. even tho i cancelled in november lol . not my fault you guys didn’t do ur job and cancel it the first time . all they do is transfer u... read more
