Awful experience my granny passed this week and it took them 9 hours to get the hospital bed to us but they delivered the bedside commode and oxygen two hours after it was ordered. And then today I spoke to Alvy at 2pm and he said the driver only had one delivery and then to pickup granny’s stuff because she passed away he said the driver should be there around 2:30ish we got there and stayed 2.5 hours waiting on them to get there and still never showed up. He never arrived until 8pm. There is no excuse for the timing.

Chris didn't just go Above and Beyond for my mom before she passed. He was Above and Beyond! First day we met him, mom wasn't home yet and he could see my dad and I were having a really hard time and "didn't have the house ready". He sat with my dad for 30 minutes and talked and explained that was ok, and Caresource would be out the next day. And just like he said Caresource was.
