This center is amazing I recommend 100%
The Hampden Blvd. location is very incompetent. They don't have good leadership and don't care about the clients. They have caregivers who leave clients by themselves, in soiled depends, allow clients to fall. If you are looking for a good home health care center for a love one or for employment they're not the ones. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Intento comprender su nivel de informalidad profesional. Luego de meses esperando respuesta, con problemas con la documentación, y el típico “te llamamos”, nos dicen que ahora no aceptan a nuevos pacientes. Y por supuesto que nunca nos llamaron al menos para decir eso, y es raro pues tú llegas y se pasan el tiempo con el teléfono en mano. Creo que las personas deben saber de antemano con que tipo de servicio se van a encontrar. Para mi experiencia fatal. Felicidades a los que tuvieron suerte con este centro.
