I always like to give companies a second chance. After the zoom assessment of my mother was cancelled 2 hours before it was supposed to happen, I learned that it was due to a death in the nurse‘s family. At that point I attempted to reschedule 4 times, with no success. After another 4 business days. I finally got the appointment for another zoom assessment.
