More then 100 time I called with no answer. After two weeks of scan we went to doctor they didn’t sent the results of scan to the doctor.

Had a really bad experience this morning. The front desk staff weren’t friendly and helpful at all. definitely not a good customer service.

When performing a scan of my spine CareScan also found and mentioned an irregularity in my uterus which potentially could have been a real medical issue. I am very grateful to them for going above and beyond their brief.

I had a terrible experience at Care Scan. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude from the moment I arrived. I handed in my doctor’s referral, which clearly had his firm name all over it and was signed, but she caused a big scene because the handwriting wasn’t clear enough for her standards. How is that my fault? Then, instead of handling it professionally, they brought the manager out, who questioned me as if I was a criminal . All I wanted was to have my scan done. I’ve had to have several scans and cortisone injections recently and have had the best care from Care Scan. The reception staff, technicians and radiologists have been helpful, kind and efficient. I highly recommend this medical imaging service.
