I've had my storage unit I think for about 15 years now. I've never had an issue with security, and everything runs smoothly and easily.
Had a 25ft unit for 3 months. Though I put moth balls in the unit to keep rodents out it was nice to see CareSafe had bait traps in there as well. Showed me they cared about my stuff. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars was due to the fact that 75% of the time when I called the main office no one picked up the phone during business hrs. Had to leave a message & wait to get a callback. Not very convenient when you need info right away. People in office always nice.
Great storage place for your belongings... Easy to to set up over the phone to rent a space and customer service was always nice... Overall great experience 😃
Clean, reasonably priced, courteous staff, prompt on service request, and accommodating.
