Sergio is a **** ***who steals! He is incompetent and stay away. Dangerous man with no talent.
Did not pay cabinetry subcontractor. Had to pay for kitchen cabinet doors held hostage. Did not provide end caps for cabinetry as contracted. Paid extra for electrician subcontractor only to find out work not done by licensed electrician. Attached 10 gauge to 12 gauge wiring with no junction boxes. Left a live bathroom ceiling heater in the attic. Had to redo all electrical work due to fire hazards. Waste disposal plug not removed when installed caused dishwasher to back up and flood kitchen.
