I could not be more unhappy with this company. It's sad that my father is forced to get his medication from this company as he is in a care home that gets meds for all patients through here. Their head office is difficult to contact, and refuses to give proper receipts so they can be submitted for Income Tax. They insist I use individual receipts I receive each month via email, which I would, except for the fact that it's not a receipt, it's a website link. This is just one more headache for caregivers.
They took my father for hundreds of dollars in charges .
