I got a COVID test done here and it was quick and easy. I needed a quick EKG for a medication prescription and since my Doc was booked out I decided to come here. Now I’d like to say the nurse that I saw both visits is so sweet. She really did try her best with what she knew and had available. But the EKG couldn’t have gone worse honestly. This facility is CLOSED PERMANENTLY
While the staff there are pleasant and polite, we went in for Covid Tests with the promise of results in 2-3 days and we're on day 8 with no results. Thankfully we didn't need them for our travel arrangements and on later testing, (which we got results back in 5 hrs) are negative. Not sure who dropped the ball, but this is NOT how you do Healthcare. Literally go anywhere else.
I was really pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I walked in at 730 pm and the employee kindly squeezed me in for a covid test. Friendly, kind, caring, quick. Great experience
I previously left a very negative review for this company, but boy did they change my mind. I had a bad experience at this facility a few weeks back, but today I received a call from them, not only apologizing for that experience, but also issuing a refund for the visit as well as helping to make sure I get the help I need going forward. Other companies could learn a lesson on customer service from these folks! 5/5 will absolutely use again in the future!
