Spoke with Rita and she went above and beyond with her service for me! Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had and am so happy she picked up the phone in my time of need and was able to assist with all my newbie needs. Trying to get your medications ordered and everything situated can be very stressful when going through health issues,but not with Rita! We need more Rita's in the world!
Attitude on the phone is rude. They treat you like you are stupid. Only get your Rx's filled here if you feel you need your inflated sense of self-esteem knocked down a few notches!
Absolute NIGHTMARE of a pharmacy, its employees are so mean and spiteful! I only found this out after I had a prescription overnighted and was charged $20 for it, it was an emergency and I needed it ASAP. NOT only did it not come overnight but they refused to refund my $20! Then when I called I had a team lead named Mario who was an absolute smug jerk and lied to me and said he was a manager. Carepoint Pharmacy is okay, but they’ve sent my medication late. I’m on birth control so timing matters, and I wish they’d be more reliable with shipping.
Honestly, the lady on the phone was rude and dismissive. I was trying to get patient assistance on a medication because I couldn't afford the $35 along with the several other medications that I have to pay another $35 for each of them every month. The lady just said "It's only $35" but this price adds up along with the other medications. I'm also a former pharmacy tech and would never say something like this to a patient because they may have extenuating circumstances that they cannot control.
