I’d give them zero if I could. Continually trying to charge $70-75 for a prescription that is 100% covered by my insurance! I wonder how many people pay for meds that they shouldn’t be! They’re definitely running a scam.
The communication was poor. I was misled by the representative. I paid for overnight shipping, but it didn't arrive as promised. When I asked for a supervisor, I mentioned that even in a life-threatening situation, would they apologize without taking action against the representative? The representative's attitude and heavy accent were also problematic. They require proper training or should be let go.
My physician gave me a month's worth of a sample, but Carepoint immediately began texting me multiple times a day asking me to order the med, which cost $50. I had not even tried the sample pack yet to make sure it worked for me. A couple weeks later, sure that I want to continue taking the medication, I find that they've wiped it from my online account; I cannot even ACCESS my online account using my email address, unless I use an old link from one of their earlier texts. Wonderful customer service. Very kind and helpful. Took the time to answer all my questions. Not rushed at all. Made to feel like a person and that I mattered. Hard to find
