The pharmacy is okay overall. The staff was polite, but the service was slower than expected. They had what I needed, but the waiting time and organization could definitely be improved. It's a decent option if you're not in a rush.
Some people like this pharmacy, some people don't. My prescription was going to be a hundred and twenty five dollars.I passed.
Very bad. Sent my medications late and I had to go without for 2 weeks (because I cannot get in my state). Caused undue stress and mental/ health issues as a result. When I called them said "Oops, must be because there is a holiday weekend". The app does not let me sign in, view my prescriptions or send messages. Do not recommend.
Amazing experience with Tahira specifically at this pharmacy! She had exceptional knowledge of the PA process and assistance programs for my specialty medication. She also had great communication through out the process and the medicine was at my door within a week. I wish filling all my medicines was this pleasant. Thank you again Tahira!
Called to resolve an Rx issue that is part of a Patient Assistance Program by the manufacurer. Got a live person right away who got my Rx filled and shipping started within a few minutes. A big THANK YOU to Shonetta for helping resolve a long standing issue with the manufacturer!
