Called in today due to my prescription cost being too much for me. When I called there are two menu options: schedule your order, or speak to a pharmacist. You don’t get stuck in an ai loop or have trouble getting to a person which I appreciate. I think it rang once and my call was answered which was a pleasant surprise. I wanted to say how impressed I was with CarePoint Pharmacy. The person who helped me with my order, Matt Gourley, was unbelievably helpful. There was a mistake in my address on file, and he spent almost a week getting it sorted out for me. He texted or called with updates almost every day. Matt really went above and beyond, and I was so grateful because he was able to get my insurance to cover this much-needed medicine.
Awful customer service. Reps have no idea what they are doing. When questioned they get annoyed. If you ask for a supervisor, they lie and say they’re busy and will call you back. Of course no one calls. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go with someone else!
Spoke with Rita and she went above and beyond with her service for me! Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had and am so happy she picked up the phone in my time of need and was able to assist with all my newbie needs. Trying to get your medications ordered and everything situated can be very stressful when going through health issues,but not with Rita! We need more Rita's in the world!
Attitude on the phone is rude. They treat you like you are stupid. Only get your Rx's filled here if you feel you need your inflated sense of self-esteem knocked down a few notches!
