Unfortunately dealt with Care Point through N. Suburban Medical Center. Despite being in-network, CarePoint tried billing me separately from my insurance. Ended up calling them with my insurance to straighten things out. (NOTE: You WILL be on hold for upwards of 40 minutes if you want to speak to a CarePoint Rep.) Turns out, they managed to get my insurance info correct when processing the hospital bill, but not the physician's bill.
