CAREPLUS PROMENADE NO LONGER EXISTS-ANY REVIEWS ARE NOT FOR THE CURRENT CLINIC WHICH IS MEMORIAL-OWNED AND HAS NEW DIFFERENT DOCTORS NOW
I saw a NP for a specific issue in November, had X-rays and then an employee (not a doctor or nurse) called with the results saying nothing was shown and no recommendations for further diagnostics or treatments. I took it upon myself to ask for a referral to a specialist. Today I found out from a different specialist that the original xray DID have significant findings (per their notes) and they didn't bother to tell me about it. Now the condition is worse. These people don't care about actually solving the problem.
TriCare referred me to this location when they didn’t have an opening and I needed to be seen. The staff was professional and helpful, the Nurse Practitioner was amazing. After a total of three visits (initial and follow up) I would highly recommend this clinic. All of my issues were resolved. My care was wonderful.
