Took the American Heart Association BLS (similar to CPR) certification course with Cecilia, and the process was great -- from sign up to finish. Excellent communication, too. I had questions considering businesses are operating these days, and she was quick to respond. Note: in-person class size max capacity is 4 (from 10) during Covid, and I felt perfectly safe as CDC recommended guidelines were always followed.
