They helped me find a great place for my old friend who has dementia.
Care Patrol helped me find a facility for my mom while mom was in the hospital and I was unable to look. Susie was so informative and caring. They provide a list of facilities and if there is an opening available. Care Patrol provided a tremendous service and relieved me from a mountain of stress. Highly recommend and would use again!
First of all I appreciate Susie (Susan Miles) listening to all my needs. Susie put me in touch with Al Towery, who is in charge of finding places for the elderly in upstate SC. He was very knowledgeable about all the facilities that we looked at as well as the insurance benefits of client that could be accepted at that certain facility. Ken and CarePatrol of South Carolina, were an absolute blessing. My father required assistance in locating the right assisted living facility, at the end of his stay in a physical rehab hospital. Ken personally presented to my father's hospital room, listened carefully to what was needed, and gave excellent counsel.
