A social worker told us about CarePatrol when my husband and I were looking for a senior living community for a family member. This was a first for us and we didn't know where to turn. Ken was so helpful and booked us a day to tour and went over costs and answered so many questions. We are very thankful for the help they provided. I highly recommend.
Care Patrol provided an excellent service of assisting me with assisted living care options for my Dad upon release from a local rehabilitation facility. I knew nothing about the process of obtaining care for my Dad. Susie and the owner Ken Knudsen walked me through the steps for a care plan. Ken even called me on a Saturday to assist with organizing the plan. I'm very pleased with the services Care Patrol provided.
Susie Miles was instrumental is locating and directing me to a memory care community that fit specific care and financial parameters for my brother with Lewy Body Dementia.
Excellent experience with Ken Knudsen!!! Not only did he provide excellent information about facilities that will care for my sister, but he also exhibited compassion with each and every concern we had regarding health care. He just plain understood our concerns, needs, and situations!!! He was patient, and precise! Two hours of no nonsense conversation!!!!
