We were at a place with my mother where we didn’t know which way to turn. After one conversation with Ken, I had direction. Johnsie took us on tours of the facilities in our area and told us what to look for so that we could find the best fit for my mom. With her help, my mom is happier and more settled and secure than we’ve seen her in 5 years. I genuinely recommend Care Patrol to anyone who is looking for solutions for care for their elderly parents and I can't thank them enough for their knowledge and care!
Susie was great. My Dad's needs changed from assisted living to memory care. She helped me find a place as I live in another state. Communicated and answered every question i had. She facilitated a virtual tour with the facility and paperwork was sent the same day. Susie even checked in with me after my father moved into the new facility. Very thankful for Susie during this time.
