We worked with Carlos on two separate occasions for two different family members and the experiences could not have been better! We could go on and on stating all the great things about Carlos and our experiences working with him. Suffice it to say that Carlos and Care Patrol are now our go-to when in search of facilities meeting our needs.
My sisters and I relied on CarePatrol when we looked for a group home for another sister in Montgomery County. Kathy Everett-Gaines was an invaluable resource, who completely understood our search parameters and provided many options we would not have found on our own.
Rhonda did another amazing job finding my dad a new home in less than 2 weeks before the new year. She helped talked me off the ledge when I was overwhelmed with process. He is in a lovely home with caring people. Thanks again CarePatrol for a excellent experience and a wonderful placement.
Carlos was so very helpful and remained calm and focused while I was falling apart.
Our experience with CarePatrol of Howard-Montgomery Counties was wonderful! We worked with Carlos Taylor to find assisted living for my mother in law after she fell and injured her shoulder.
