They helped with our individual needs. Easy to contact and found what we needed for our Dad. Bobby Jo was awesome. She followed up to be sure everything went well, more than once. We felt very confident with all of her inquiries and knowledge. She really made the difference between things working out great. Provided a lot of emotional support during a very stressful time. Would highly recommend their services.
While at St Vincent ER with my mother-in-law, we requested assistance in finding alternatives for her care. They referred us to CarePatrol, who replied right away. Lisa was an answer to our prayers. She sat with our family and discussed options and took us to several local facilities that could meet our needs. Mark did an excellent job providing information about Care Patrol services to our senior group. He was very receptive to questions and discussion. He was very personable and easy for the group to relate to.
