There are so many factors involved with the decision for a loved one to move into a Memory Care Community. CarePatrol helped in all stages of the journey leading up to our decision. We worked with Julie and from the moment I called I had immediate relief. We were being pushed out of the hospital and my dad was not able to go home alone; he is 84 and had undergone a total shoulder replacement. Unfortunately we were not able to give him the care he needed, but the hospital did not push through rehab (which we were told he would receive post surgery). I highly recommend CarePatrol for anyone seeking help for a partner/friend/relative diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. I had been contacting Julie about getting help at home when my partner suddenly went into the hospital from aspirating food. He went from there to rehab. I had no plan for where he would go from there. CarePatrol found him a wonderful placement within one week. I would like to say first off that the attention to detail the care and quality of the service provided was top-notch. Julie took care of us and made sure things were set correctly, professionally and with care. I would recommend using this service to help ease the transition if anyone has any issues or questions with how to go to the next step, they will be the ones to help you with that and Julie definitely helped us with that and we appreciate her help and understanding in transitioning our parents.
