I had the pleasure of having Kathie Beldon as my Physical Therapist over the last few months. My only wish was that I didn’t live so far so I could have booked more appts with her. Very hard to get in touch with. Receptionist Karen is extremely rude not just to myself but to other patients in waiting room as well. I work as a medical professional and would hope If I treated my patients as she did that someone would deal with me accordingly. this is unacceptable, especially for a service that is connected with a cancer center. I am disappointed.
