Rebecca was fantastic. I learned so much from her.
If you are having any type of pelvic floor issues, I cannot recommend Rebecca Duncan enough. She listens, provides functional exercises that strengthen your core areas and is a wealth of knowledge with all things pelvic floor. This was very helpful and worth my time.
