Very hard to get in touch with. Receptionist Karen is extremely rude not just to myself but to other patients in waiting room as well. I work as a medical professional and would hope If I treated my patients as she did that someone would deal with me accordingly. this is unacceptable, especially for a service that is connected with a cancer center. I am disappointed.
