I had an amazing experience at this facility. I had a pilonidal sinus that was surgically treated, and the wound care usually takes 6-8 weeks. When I was told to go here, the reviews at this facility really concerned me. With a giant hole in my body, being sent to a low rated facility to get treated is… not ideal. This review is to directly address the hr and recruiter and how inconsiderate and disrespectful they were during the hiring process. not only are they extremely slow and delayed in their responses but also avoid communication. Hi, since my husband start using your company for help we had ongoing problems and except few people , office staff is so unprofessional and uncaring beyond my understanding. You can see from other reviews that is time for BIG CHANGE because this is not the way to deal with elderly in need and sick people. The worst is complete NO COMMUNICATION because the Shell, schedule coordinator doesn't answer the phone at all and when you leave the message there is no response.
