If I was able to give a minus review - I would - we have asked repeatedly that they don't drag my 90 yr old parents out of bed before 8am & yet they continuously come he before the sun has even hit the horizon. They basically walk in & back out again, We have requested repeatedly & basically been told too bad we come when we come.. My mother didn't get up that early when she had a full time job!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE FOR HOME CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONES.. THEY DON'T CARE - AT ALL!!!!!!
I have had several issues with PSW sent to look after my mother. The latest one was November 22 when the PSW left my mother alone in the bathroom twice to go get a towel and then another time to go and get her product she should’ve had these things in the shower room before she started the shower. She had taken my mother‘s lifeline off to shower her however, left her in the dining room and did not replace her lifeline around her neck. I have spent at least 10 hours of my life in the past 3 months trying to make an appointment. I’m given the run around every single time. They either transfer me to a voicemail or simply don’t answer. If you do get a call back, they leave it until the last minute and then there’s no appointments left apparently (the place is ALWAYS empty when we go there), so my Dad has to travel 3 cities over to a different location. My experience at the facility has been great, I have been two times and everything has gone smoothly. I agree with the other reviewer about the phone calls and scheduling, that seems a little more difficult. But I will not give a one star review on the facility, I would still recommend going here.
Nurses are always friendly. Scheduler never answers the phone or returns phone calls
