I have spent at least 10 hours of my life in the past 3 months trying to make an appointment. I’m given the run around every single time. They either transfer me to a voicemail or simply don’t answer. If you do get a call back, they leave it until the last minute and then there’s no appointments left apparently (the place is ALWAYS empty when we go there), so my Dad has to travel 3 cities over to a different location. My experience at the facility has been great, I have been two times and everything has gone smoothly. I agree with the other reviewer about the phone calls and scheduling, that seems a little more difficult. But I will not give a one star review on the facility, I would still recommend going here.
