I believe it was only I person answering. I wanted just to ask a few of simple questions. SIMPLE. At first, he told me to call my insurance, I wanted to ask questions in the future. I just said to transfer me to the supervisor. 12½ I was disconnected. WITHOUT THE SUPERVISOR. I called back many more than I time. It was 4 times.. 12, 14, 2, and almost 1 minutes. I'm in a WHEELCHAIR AND I ONLY WANTED TO ASK.

Mike is great! Little did he know, he had a tough client in my mom. She hasn't been out in almost 3yrs, she's gone through so much healthwise, and this was the first time she was awake and aware enough to enjoy herself. He buckled her in, safe and secure, she's in a wheelchair. She never complained about the travel to and from her destination. She didn't have an assistant with her so she would have mentioned anything she felt was amiss. It was a smooth ride and he did a wonderful job. I'll be reserving them again! Thank you ... read more

The worst experience ever. They lied about arrival time. Then after a second call they lied about arrival time again and then send a little Hybird for my son in a wheelchair with a head injury. My appointment was for the cardiologist that you can only get appointments every 90 days. Careone could careless that I missed my appointment. Very disappointing.

I was very pleased with the service we received for my elderly father. The drivers were punctual, polite, and professional, and the vehicles were clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this business.
